Teens and preteens are carrying more than most of us did at their age. School pressure, social stress, world chaos, the constant connection and being plugged in, busy schedules, hormones shifting, emotions running high, and a nervous system that rarely gets a real break.
That’s why I’m offering 30 minute reflexology sessions for teens and preteens.
These sessions can be a gentle way to support them with:
• Stress relief and nervous system calming
• Better sleep and easier winding down
• Emotional balance during hormone changes
• Tension release, especially in the head, neck, and shoulders
• A simple reset when they feel overstimulated or “on edge”

It shows them early that their body matters, their health matters, and learning to regulate stress is a life skill, not a luxury.
