It can be pretty difficult to concentrate on so many new habits and goals at one time when we are truly desiring to make lifestyle changes. Life is busy, and it's easy to get overwhelmed when trying to become healthier physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually all at the same time.
It helps to implement a little at a time. If you find something is coming along pretty easily for you then just start the next month's new habit early. This is a roadmap and you can do what is best for you. You can even change some as you see fit and that is why I added a blank checklist too.
